I had one of the best experiences today at Pandora! I had Diana S. as my sales associate, and she helped me both find a new bracelet to show off my charms, as well as finish my bracelet with some amazing new charms! I have lost loved ones, and had specific ideas of what I wanted to represent them. Diana S found LITERALLY THE PERFECT CHARMS to fulfill the memory of these people for me. She took 45 minutes to find charms, check stock for charms she thought I may like, and then assemble my bracelet to show them all off in the best possible way. I put that bracelet on, and tears sprang from my eyes. I had memorialized my loved ones, and gotten the chance to express myself with some other charms that are significant to me. Diana held my hand as I had my teary eyed moment, and I truly appreciated her understanding of my sensitive heart. Her co-worker Doreen also helped us in our hunt for the "perfect" charm. In all, I had such a positive experience, and haven't stopped looking at my wrist. I am so grateful that Diana was there today, at the Pandora store in Westmoreland Mall, Greensburg, PA. Thank you for making my heart a little happier.

My sales associate was very helpful, offered to clean my bracelet, and realized why the safety clasp was not turning. She knew almost instantly how to fix it. And she did. She also sold me some jewelry cleaner. And told me how to store my braelets.
