I went to Pandora to get my old Pandora rings clean and they look new and shiny now. I browsed the new selection of rings and I wasn’t going to get anything new but once I started looking I decided to get a new ring. The girls working were very charismatic and sweet

My sales associate, Doreen H, was incredible. She had helped my husband the day before with all his questions and he wanted me to take a look to make sure that that was what I wanted for our first wedding anniversary. So, we both went in the next day just to look with no plan on buying because our anniversary isn't for a few months. Doreen was beyond helpful, genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable of everything! She went above what I expected and I had an amazing experience. We made a purchase that night because of her. She made sure I was happy with everything before I left and took her time putting my bracelet together and making sure all the hearts were in the same direction. It's the little details that she did all the way to the end. Thank you!
