My sales associate Abbi was very helpful with selections, details and helping me choose the perfect birthday gift for my mother! She was very sweet and kind and helped me so much! I’ll make sure for her to sell me my next purchase!

Pandora stores are beautiful, bright and inviting. Everything is tastefully displayed. Aside from busy holiday shopping times, when there are many customers in the stores, you're always immediately met by a welcoming associate ready to assist you. And no matter how much you're purchasing and spending, you're treated with exquisite care. Shopping at Pandora is a pleasant experience.

We were greeted as we walked into the store by friendly associates. They showed us the merchandise we we looking for and even suggested other items based on our taste. I enjoy the atmosphere in the store and loved the attention we were given. We were the only customers in the store at the time but the girls made us feel special.

They were so kind and amazingly helpful

The sales associate Nicole M. (No.184788) was super helpful. I had asked for a charm for best friends and she located it quickly and efficiently. Then I needed two chains for the charms, but there were none where they should be, but kept looking in the displays for them. She was able to find two of the same chains, and kept apologizing for taking so long. But I also work in retail, so I completely didn’t mind! She has the greatest customer service I've seen in a long time!
