The overall atmosphere of the store was very inviting. As a new customer, what impressed me the most was not only the knowledge of the sales personal but the time they took to help me and answer my questions. They were very professional in every way and had much to do with me making my first purchase.

The store was very clean and well lit. Can readily see the items in the showcases. The two sales people were very friendly and helpful. They did not "hover" but yet were readily available to answer any question I had and also to help me with the merchandise. Will shop at this store again.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store. The sales associate, Angel, was very personable. She was very knowledgeable regarding the jewelry. I shared with her what I was looking for and she showed me jewelry that was regular price and jewelry that was on sale ... which I very much appreciated.

I love Pandora! I have 27 bracelets, the sales associates know me, they know what I like and are always what to show me the new products.
