I don't usually shop at malls as they are too big & too much walking. We were in the area so It was easy to find but I got confused when I had to leave the mall. I now shop online when I can, saves steps & time. I am older in my 70's & live in the mountains of Pa. We get lots of snow & cold weather.

THE ASSOCIATE WHO WAITED ON ME WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I WAS RUSHED TO MAKE A PURCHASE. THIS ASSOCIATE IS DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO PANDORA.

My husband and daughter shopped this same store on Black Friday and bought my Christmas gifts from them. I also purchased a bracelet and charms for my daughter my only issue that day was they were too busy to clean my 3 bracelets and charms. When I went back on Christmas Eve to purchase a gift for myself from my husband they Saleswoman was very nice and cleaned them for me

The store is very nice when you walk in. Everyone asked if we needed help. The girl that took care if us couldn't have been better, she was very helpful and nice.
