I had accidentally purchased a duplicate charm for my wife and the sales clerk cheerfully helped us exchange it for a different charm.

The salesperson was great. We had to find a solution to my young daughter's tiny wrists and how to secure a bangle from falling off. She went through several clips/cuffs to find one that would effectively shorten a chain to keep it on. 10/10 service.

The staff greeted me immediately. They were extremely helpful for what I wanted to purchase. They were able to answer my questions.
