The sales associate was very kind and patient, helping my daughter pick out her rings. She so so sweet to my daughter. Made us feel like we mattered!

Sales representative was kind and eager to help. When I shared the purchase was for my daughter and I hoped I was purchasing the correct size, Melissa went through our past purchases to ensure the correct size!! I also shared the purchase was a Christmas gift and Melissa encouraged me to open the box when I arrived home to prevent tarnishing. When I said, "I hope I remember that", she put the ring in a soft bag to keep until wrapping. This was "over and above" kindness and I appreciated her effort and care.

The staff were very helpful. I could tell they liked their job. They took the time to assist me with arranging my bracelet. The store was very clean.

The store is such a classy looking store. Very nice experience and quality merchandise. will definitely be back.
