I am always satisfied when shopping with Pandora. The quality of the charms and the diverse selection are really important to me. On this visit I was looking for charms from the new spring collection and the sales clerk was very helpful in finding them for me.

I broke my bracelet and they replaced it without any questions. The salesperson looked up my name and took care of me immediately and also cleaned my charms for me.
