I called the store I was planning on visiting a few days before I went. Wanted to know if they had the things I was interested in available. When I walked into the store, a sales associate remembered talking to me and was very helpful with my purchase.

They were the only Jewelry store out of the other 5 I went to, to have a 30” rope chain. The store manager and associate were so personable. They didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything else even though I wanted to take a look.

The sales associates were friendly and helpful. They helped me choice a necklace and charm for my sixteen year old niece. They also suggested a charm of my seventeen year old niece.

The sales person was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the questions we asked regarding what we were purchasing.

Doreen was extremely helpful with all my needs. She was also very personable and easy to talk with. Once I finished my purchase I made a comment on how I needed to clean my Pandora bracelet and she offered to clean if for me while I went to lunch. My bracelet looks amazing now!

The sales associates were very friendly and super helpful. They were out of a specific item I had come in for, but they showed me alternate selections that actually were better than what I originally wanted. The only reason I wouldn’t return to this store is because I don’t live in the area. I was in the area on vacation.

I was in a hurry however, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Jessica the Store Manager was getting ready to leave for the day yet, she stayed to help me get what I needed. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated all their help!!

The sales manager Jessica is the absolute best. She is who I prefer to buy from when I go in. She helps me with making the best decisions for me based on my taste.
