Third visit looking to use a gift card I received as xmas gift. Purchased ring with gift card, also purchased earrings for my sister as a b-day gift. The same sales associate Jessica worked with me every visit - she was wonderful !!!!

The sales girl was super helpful. She pulled out different bracelets for me to see and the other sales associate was just as friendly

The associates were very nice. Everything I was looking for was in stock. When asking a question about a previous purchase of a ring that a stone come out of, the associate stated that as long as they had another one of the same kind in stock they would gladly exchange it. They did have it so the next day I exchanged the damaged ring for a new one with no hassle what so ever.

Was looking for Valentines Day charm for my Granddaughter. Chose one and then the sales associate showed me one I hadn’t seen. The last one. I loved it.

This was my first Pandora purchase. I knew I wanted a bracelet but didn't know where to start. Angel at the Westmoreland Mall store was great to work with! Already sent a friend and he also made a purchase.
