Diane was so very helpful!! My bracelet fell off my arm walking out of work, I found it ran over in the parking lot the next morning. Although all the same charms were not available I found others and my son (who purchased the original) was happy with what I picked to replace with.

While picking up the online order, I asked to see necklace chains. The lady explained how the charm I'd purchased wouldn't hang the way I thought it would, and that it was more for use on a bracelet. She help me select a bracelet and another charm, then assembled them for me.

Sales woman was very helpful and pleasant! She made my experience very quick and easy.

The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions! As always I was very pleased when I left.

Even though it was very busy(Xmas shopping) the wait wasn’t too long. And, the Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about my purchasing desires; what was available, optional choices, bracelet sizes. Overall I was impressed, and will be returning.
