Sales person was great. Super friendly and extremely helpful. It was crazy busy and she had a smile on her face the whole time. Thanks again.

Our associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were pleased with the selections available. She also helped us coordinate a new bracelet.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and felt that they were interested in my problem. My issue was resolved with no problem. I was impressed with all the help that was available.

All the girls were very pleasant, and engaging. Jessica, the store manger waited on me, and could not have been any nicer.

Upon entering the store, an associate greeted me and told me there would be a 10 minute wait. I asked her to check to be sure the item I wanted was in stock which she promptly did. Within 5 minutes this same associate (store manager) got my item, rang me up and sent me on my way...ahead of others in the line that didn't know exactly what they wanted. She was professional and friendly.

I like Pandora! Pretty pieces for my bracelets. Sometimes though they are priced to high for my liking for a little bead for my bracelet.

they were helpful in what i wanted , showed me some really nice product , the girl was very helpful in putting a bracelet together. she knew what she was doing . funny thing .when mine (gift for my little girl) was done , it kinda looked like hers on her wrist . which was really nice . i told her i like that one you have .

I went to my local Pandora store with the intention of getting a snowflake charm for my bracelet. I thought for sure they'd be sold out but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they not only had the one I wanted, the associate also showed me several other options. Even thought the store was quite busy and there was a short wait for service, I was very pleased with my first visit to a Pandora store and I look forward to my next visit

Everyone was very nice. They all helped me out and gave me their opinion. Nothing bad to say about the experience.

Every single associate (and I dealt with at least 4) at this store was so interested in helping me and making sure that I found the perfect piece. I would highly suggest that you give these women all a raise for their knowledge of the products, their willingness to help, and their friendliness. Employees make or break your store, and these ones made my day!
