Very Pleasant experience!!

We had a very nice experience. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I was greeted immediately by one of the associates, and they were able to find what I was looking for right away. For someone that doesn't go to Pandora much, this great assistance was just what I needed.

The store was easy to shop and clerks were friendly and knowledgeable .

I like the product.

I was instantly greeted by an associate when I walked in. She seemed very knowledgeable about all of the jewelry in the store. She had to leave as her shift was ending and another associate took over the sale. I did end up purchasing one bracelet and one charm. My only issue was when him and I were going through different options I noticed that he kept pushing more expensive charms/bracelet styles despite me stating several times that I had a budget. When I made it clear that my budget had no wiggle room, his demeanor slightly changed and he became less responsive and almost disinterested. Other than that I had no other issues

The annual Christmas ornament is discontinued. It has been an annual gift for my wife and she’ll be disappointed.

I know it's the holiday season so a little wait is given that did not bother me, the friendliness of the staff that I dealt with was not the greatest. She definitely could have been a little nicer, put a smile on her face, wasn't very helpful just waited for me to tell her what I wanted, didn't give no suggestions or offer to show me anything.

The selection of merchandise was poor. I especially wanted to purchase Christmas charms and none of the new ones were in stock. Bracelet selection was mediocre. In addition I spent over $150 in order to get a free bracelet, wanted to choose the free bracelet myself and would have paid the difference if more expensive like it was done last year. Very disappointed!
