Walk in the store and there was one associate helping someone and the other 2 didn't even acknowledge me and the associate that was helping someone was taking care of 2 people at once instead more than one associate helping each customer

Very limited selection of shine merchandise. Associate said she was not able to order and that I could only choose from what she had. I’ve spent a lot of money on Pandora and was disappointed in my choices.

The selection of merchandise was not adequate. The did not have any of the new Christmas charms. Very disappointed.

I bought my daughter a pandora bracelet last Christmas. I have already brought it for the clasp not holding. I bought her a new bead for her birthday. When she put the bead on the bracelet the clasp completely broke. For a product this expensive I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of the bracelet

I had called the pandora store to see if they cleaned pandora jewerly. i was told to stop in. I went in the next day, there was no one in the store, a sales clerk came up and i told her why i was there. A lady from the back came out and said they could not clean my jewelry because they did not have enough help. I said i called and was told to come in. she said we had two call off's. there was no one in the sore. the lady had the other sales clerk clean my bracelets. She brought them out and I was not happy at all. I told her they were still dirty. she said she cleaned them. Well i really felt that they were not interested in cleaning them. even though I ended up spending $160.00 here the lady that waited on me was the store manager. she said that I gave her heart failure when i brought in my bracelets to be cleaned because she had two call offs. I could understand her being worried if she had a store full of customers, but she did not. the whole time i was in there, 3 girls came in together.

I was disappointed when I purchased a ring on february 22nd. On february 26th I had to take the ring back due to it turning black, they cleaned it. On march 5th I had to go back in, they replaced my ring with a different one, and now the same thing is happening again. I was told that this shouldn’t happen.
