Selected incorrectly

The products are great but not worth the price. Frequently stones fall out so it's not worth the money if you can't get it replaced. I love pandora, but the prices are becoming OUTRAGEOUS!

Associate tried selling me the wrong item despite showing her a pic of what I wanted. Then told me she was sold out of the item which was the incorrect item. Had trouble locating the correct item. Finally found it

I JUST WORE MY RING IN TWO OCCASIONS. THE GEMS CAME OFF .I HAD IT FOR LESS OF MONTH .JUST WISHED QUALITY WAS. BETTER. THE OTHER I PURCHASED A MONTH PRIOR CHANGED COLOR.I DONT USE THEM DAILY .ONLY SPECIAL OCCASIONS.

The lady at the front door that makes sure there is just enough people allowed in store. The idea is great but the person is rude, unfriendly, and should not be in that position. I have spent well over 400 and will not go in this store anymore if this employee is at the front door.
