On a time frame, before store was closing... I just felt bad I needed to rush to hurry. Now, I need to exchange. But, no worries! They were super nice. They didn't rush me... I was rushing myself because I work retail, and do not want to be that customer holding up closing🤗🤗💕

Low inventory of Christmas charms, I needed 6 and the store only had two. It seemed like the sales person had a difficult time finding inventory. It took 3 girls to find inventory. Trays are no longer segregated ie rose gold mixed throughout etc.

I spent over $300 in merchandise, however was not made aware of the special this coming weekend where for every $120 spent one could get a free bracelet. I could have purchased the items this weekend, and could have taken advantage of the offer. I am a good customer was very disappointed!

Pandora was out of the free charm and I purchased a lot! They also did not have the limited edition charms advertised. The store did not have the new summer charms bc online only.

Associates were busy with other customers, slight delay in getting attention. I was in a hurry. Technology issues delayed checkout while equipment was shut down and reset.

I wish there was a little more variety to choose from with the charms. There was a lot but not plenty - although it was just after the holiday . Also, I would have liked to have been shown pieces that were not on sale. The associate only showed me those pieces and now I’m looking online to complete my necklace, hoping to use my coupon from this survey .
