No Military Discount. Trying to figure out how to talk to a sales rep was confusing. I was looking for a more simple solution to the bracelet clasp and instead I had to purchase a whole new bracelet.

It was my first visit to a pandora store. I was pleasantly surprised that the products were not priced extremely high.

I went to purchase something specific from the essence collection. It was not available. Although the associates were friendly, they were unable to tell me if it would be available and when other than to take my name and hope it comes in sometime. If this item is available, can it be brought from another store? why can it not be gotten from the store or requested from Pandora? This somewhat forces a purchase online rather than use your neighborhood store.

I think that being satisfied is a good enough description of my visit. I knew what I wanted and it was in stock.
