I am very satisfied - I live in Texas and will not be back within 90 days. If I live in Pennsylvania I would be back.

There were only 2 sales associates working so we had to wait about 10 minutes to e waited on. The Linked Love Ring in Rose size 7.5 was not available in the store. Melissa checked all the boxes and displays to try to find one. I ordered the ring for my daughter when I got home but found the Minnie Mouse Ears charm for my self. I asked if they could order for me in the store but was very nicely explained that I would have to order online and what website to go to. Overall, it was a good experience but main reason for going to sore was to get the Linked in LOve ring for my daughter for Valentines DAy.

I Was very satisfied

The staff inside the store was very friendly and helpful; my only real complaint is about the online system. I went online to check out charms and possibly purchase — and several said they were out of stock, however when I went in store they had plenty available. There should be a more accurate system or an in store locator available within the online store.

The sales associate was very friendly and very patient with me. She gave me her opinion on the rings I was trying on. She was helpful.

Long waits. A bit of disorganization. A woman with a cart had the aisle blocked for over 20 mins and and we had to walk the whole way around the store to see something three feet away.

I had no issues; I don't know what is meant by this.

The only complaint would be the slight forcefullness of the sales associate. I knew what I wanted and didn't need other products forced upon me.
