The associate that waited one me was very friendly and nice. They had no one in the store and as that happens the associates can look bored. But not an issue for me

The girl talked to much. I am sorry for saying that but she was not listening to me. However was friendly. I had a defect in my bracelet. It was under a year so I got a new one. The new one warranty did not start the day I got it. I had to continue with the defective ones warranty. Not eight

Availability of merchandise was extremely poor. Multiple pieces of jewelry I wanted to purchase was either not available or did not have the required size. Explain to me how you can advertise Christmas charms but don’t have them in stock during the Christmas season.

When I entered the store there was one sales associate working. She was helping a couple however not once was I greeted. I stood waiting for 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. She finished her sale so I assumed that she would be coming to me next. However, she then went on to help another couple as they “shopped” around. I came into the store to make a quick exchange on my 30 minute lunch break. I decided to interrupt and asked if she could help with my exchange as I had to get back to work and I received not only attitude but a glare as well. I work in retail and understand being short staffed however the service I received was not acceptable.

The associate was very unprofessional and the other one was laughing and carrying on so loud I could hardly here my associate talking to me. The whole experience was very unsettling. Pandora would have been ashamed.

The sales associate was extremely unpleasant and rude. I was unfamiliar with my wife’s ring size. Compared it to my pinky. She offered no help. No offering to measure my pinky. Just started shouting out ring sized.

I tried to make an exchange and was told no to begin with. It was an exchange of something that was purchased a year ago. I left the store but returned because I was on a waiting list for a shorter necklace and thought I should not have been turned away. When I returned the manager said that since I was on the list they could exchange. While I was trying to find other products I was rushed saying I couldn’t really look around because my transaction was “holding up” the iPad. I asked if I could get the money on a gift card since I had no time to look and they said um maybe, but we can just give you your money back. This was a Christmas gift so I didn’t purchase it myself. They finally let me put the remaining money on a gift card. I asked if the gift card could be used online and I was told that I was asking a lot of questions. Very disappointing.

I received a Christmas present from my mom and she had bought 2 different necklaces not knowing which one I wanted. I went to return the items not even 30 days after Christmas but, since she bought it in October I was unable to return even with the original receipt. I was able to exchange one of the necklaces but I am stuck with the other. I will not shop at Pandora or recommend to shop at pandora to anyone.
