I went in looking for a bracelet for my girlfriend and I get that it’s around Christmas time so they were busy. That’s not my problem though, when my friend and I went in we waited for a while for the sales lady to get done with her last customer which is okay. But then she proceeded to ignore us and go to the people that just walked in the door, so we had to wait another 40 mins for a different worker. This was by far one of the unpleasant things I’ve seen because they weren’t using the waiting list yet so she skipped us and we made eye contact before she went to the other customer. The lady we had was really nice and cared about my purchase.

I went to the store to spend quite a bit of money on a gift for my daughter. In total I spent over $600 that day. The sales associate was extremely condescending, rude, and insensitive. She treated me as though I was too foolish to know anything about Pandora although I’m sure you could look at my record through my email and see that we’ve spent thousands of dollars there. Not only did she treat me like I was stupid at one point she compared my bracelet size to hers. Then chose the wrong size and proceeded to tell me that “I guess your arm isn’t as thin as mine. Aren’t you chubby.”No I am not really a chubby person however I have struggled with weight and her comment was not only uncalled for but it was also very hurtful. I can only hope that she would not make that sort of comment to a person who is actually overweight . When I went back and I told the manager I was told well I’m sorry to hear that. It was very unsettling and I am not sure that my family will be Pandora customers after this experience.

The sales person made us feel like we were a inconvenience to her. Was very rude and rushed us the whole time. Slammed a drawer when she had to walk over and grab a different ring for us. She said to us “make a decision already.” Like we were wasting her time picking something out.

Associates were rude and dismissive. I was given the wrong merchandise, size, after MULTIPLE times telling the associate the correct one. When my gf went to exchange the ring for the correct size, the associate was again rude and we found out the wrong item was rung up!

The girl scanned the wrong ring in the original purchase. then I went to exchange a size and she made me pay $25 dollars more for the same ring that I walked out the store with the previous day!

The sales associate I had was Fantastic. Great appearance, Great attitude, Great personality and extremely helpful and courteous to other guests while they were waiting for me to be helped.

I came in to return a ring for a different size. Diana s. Was nothing but rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I called 3 days later and talked to Sydney r. She was nothing but help and pleasant. When I brought up about my experience she apologized on Diana s. Behalf. If it wasn’t for Sydney’s kindness I would not recommend or return to pandora. I experienced Diana also being rude to the customers after me. I am not happy one bit! I would not want her to work under me with her attitude.

Sales person was extremely rude when I wanted to exchange a ring that gem stones had fallen out of. My fiancé got it for me for Christmas and I do not wear it everyday nor do I sleep with it on, in fact I keep it I’m a ring box that I bought being that pandora rings do not come with one. The sales associate assumed that the reason that my well taken care of ring was missing stones was because I slept with it on basically insinuating that I’m careless and her tone of voice was rude. She did not seem to be too interested in helping us and because of her I told my fiancé we will no longer go to that particular Pandora store even though it’s 5 minutes from my house.

The sales representative was very kind and helpful. The products I was interested were readily available.
