There used to be employees here that gave me a negative experience. Diana the manager has turned my experiences around and has made my shopping here very pleasant. She's very nice, and helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you are completely satisfied. I'm very happy Diana is at this location as it is closer to my house.

Our visits to our Pandora location are always awesome! Everyone there is very friendly and always helpful. And every time I call in and ask for something to be held for me there is never an issue :)

Brooklyn F. Was amazing. She took out all the rings to help me figure out my sizing. She showed me how she places her rings on her hands to help me style mine. She is wonderful!!! I hope she is there when I go back again

The associates there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were friendly and were patient with me as I picked things out. They made recommendations and helped me with whatever I needed.

Doreen welcomed me with a smile as soon as I entered the store and asked me what I would like. She was very helpful and showed me different charms to go with what I liked. She then showed me a bracelet different than what I thought I wanted originally. Because she knew I liked bling, I loved it and ended up purchasing it instead of the other bracelet. Very happy with my purchase and also the wonderful service I received.
