They have beautiful merchandise. Me and my boyfriend was completely satisfied. The sale associate was so sweet and she gave us great advice on the ring!

On a whim, I had gone into the store searching for a best friend charm for myself and my 6 year old daughter to share because she was feeling left out of another "best friendship" (complete with matching necklaces) in her first grade class. When I explained to the sales associate what I was looking for, she knew the inventory so well that she was able to immediately pull out three options from which to choose. She also showed extreme compassion when listening to my reason for shopping in the store that day and spent extra time making sure that the charm was boxed perfectly. The store itself is also bright and welcoming and set up for complete ease of shopping. I felt very at ease and was assisted immediately. So impressed with the Pandora experience and glad I stopped in.

My salesman Alex was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and fun!

Marsha is a very helpful and knowledgeable sales woman. Never pushy but always has interesting suggestions for her products.

The sales associate that waited on me was only there 4 days but she was very knowledgeable of were things were in the store, inventory and made great suggestions for charms! The store manager was so great in the process as well.
