WE just ran in to take a look but the sales assoc.were so inviting we decided to take a closer look. Good suggestions were made for our purchase.

The store representative at BWI location was extremely friendly and helpful. She had good ideas . She also listened to what I was looking for and helped find the perfect piece.

The associate that helped me was very friendly, patient and polite. She answered any and all questions that I had. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was my first time shopping at Pandora and it will certainly not be my last.

Charnell was fantastic to work with, she knew all about the charms and bracelet options. I was hesitant to go in at first because I believed my wrists were too big, but she took care of everything! I walked out happy and with a beautiful new bracelet.

Carnell took time to explain what Pandora was. She showed me different charms ans Bracelt options. She took the time to explain how to care for the items. She answered all my questions.

The woman who assisted me was wonderful!

For an airport location they had a great selection of jewelery. Charnell, the sales associate, quickly assisted me so I could keep going to get to my flight on time. I would definitely stop by again to purchase from there.

The sales rep was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the charms in stock. She was also knowledgeable about other stores that we are interested in visiting in our future travels.

This location is in the Baltimore Airport. Auriel was friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me thoughtful questions and based on my answers recommended appropriate charms. If I lived closer, I would definitely visit this location again!
