Very friendly service. Had a great selection as to what I was looking for. Very patient with me trying on different sizes.

Sales lady had lots of knowledge, she was patient and friendly and had lots of recommendation. Even with the customers who did not purchase anything.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the Sales Associate Aubria, I believe her name is, told me that my bracelet should tell a story and no one told me that when I purchased it. She made my experience so awesome, this was my second time making a purchase at BWI Airport during my layover, within 4days. Also, she remembered what state I was from and thought she had forgotten to put a charm on my bracelet and came over to the terminal area and found me, but she didn't forget. I found that to be EXCEPTIONAL customer service!
