The sales clerk was very helpful and insightful to what I was looking for.

To start off Melinda was wonderful from the beginning. I entered into the store with an inquiry about a charm that I received but wasn't fitting my bracelet. from the start Melinda knew exactly the issue and educated me on what to do. I then, admired all of her bracelets and charms and since her and I share the same birthday I decided to treat myself by purchasing some charms that she was wearing. I really enjoyed my experience here and if it wasn't for this location being in an airport terminal I would visit frequently just for Melinda and her knowledge.

Kristal is new but was amazing and attentive to my needs. Kelsey and Kathleen also chimed in to provide the BEST customer service. I was satisfied with pandora because i was traveling home and had a layover. I stopped in the Pandora store and was greeted and helped asap. It took me no time to pick out my items and go through check out.
