Charnell was knowledgeable and friendly. no forcing . and allowed me to look and she actively listened to my request.

My plane was delayed at the Baltimore airport and in need of a distraction I entered the store. The saleswoman picked up on my situation when I asked to see something celestial or an angel. Without hesitation the trays came out and her demeanor changed from bubbly to kind and sympathetic. We chatted quietly as I made my selections with her knowing what each charm represented. She was an older sales associate and what Pandora could use more of. With younger associates I often feel that they are more interested in commission than listening to the customer. My only regret is that my travels will not take me thru the Baltimore airport again. If you are wondering if a ended up purchasing anything, yes I did. Now I not only have a remembrance of my baby brother but also something to brighten my day. Thank you to the associate you helped in more than just selling me a charm, for a brief moment I forgot my sorrow. You are special.

The lady that helped me was the sweetest. I was in the midst of traveling back home from DC. I was looking for a good "travel" charm. There weren't many Washington charms to choose form in the store, but we were able to find one that I will cherish. It is the heart shaped flag with the yellow ribbon. She took time to get to learn that I am an army veteran, and the yellow ribbon represents a huge portion of the life I know. This charm I purchased is one with the most meaning behind it from my trip to DC to my time in service. Thanks for an awesome experience!
