Customer service was great and I was satisfied with the overall transaction but I didn’t get a bracelet and I spent over $1000

I had a wonderful experience at the BWI airport Pandora store! Both Melinda and Robbie were wonderful and so knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great selection of merchandise. Store was bright and clean. As an airport location you should offer a discount to airline employees like the other airport stores.

The sales associate was very helpful and was able to find a large selection of rings in my size in their inventory. He took the time to get them out of their bags and show them all to me. Great experience and I love my new ring!
