I had a bracelet they had lost a stone, and Kathleen replaced the bracelet with no problems. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She knew the product line very well and actually sold me a couple more charms.

I had the pleasure of having Sales Associate: Kathleen Moses assist me with my purchase. She was highly knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. It was a delightful experience with her.

She quickly told me about the promotion that was going on and showed me many different charms, jewelry and even some keychains that Pandora just started making. The two young ladies were very helpful i brought my sister to start a bracelet so we can do sister charms and she started her daughter one as well so now it’s 5 of us to come in to shop for such a girls thing to do
