We were at the airport in Baltimore and we were greeted very quickly and nicely!

The sales person was wonderful.

Customer service was excellent and I found all of the retired charms I was looking for. The sales rep was phenomenal and another associate was helpful as well.

I haven’t been in a pandora store since 2011. The store manager @ BWI airport was beyond outstanding. I had 3 hour layover and was passing time. She educated me on new items and I bought a bracelet. I am a Trollbeads collector but I’ll be back to Pandora as there were a few items I loved!

The sales associate was incredibly knowledgeable. Additionally she knew I was catching a flight so she expedited the process without missing a beat.

I loved the Sale Lady, very friendly I love the quality of Pandora charms I love that the charms represents me I loved that they had a the charms that I have been searching for and couldn't find them, they had a good inventory.

I just lost my 30 year old son and I wanted something to symbolize my loss. The associate found a charm with mom on one side and son on the other. It was heartwarming that she knew exactly which charm to pick.

Customer Service was the best. I didnt have to wait the rep help me as soon as I walk thru the door. I was at ease and had no worries the ladies took great care of me.

Charnell was great. Love my new charm. Going back to New York happy.
