Christen was an excellent sales associate. She was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The store had everything I wanted and stock which rarely happens at other locations. I wish I could visit this location more often.

I initially visited this Pandora on my arrival to BWI Airport. I picked out a piece but I wasn't ready to buy until my return yesterday. Paulette suggested how they could have my order prepared for me so I didn't have to wait. I didn't do this but really appreciated the offer.
