Airport location; nice opportunity to shop while traveling. The two ladies working in the shop were very helpful. I had my bracelet cleaned; purchased a new charm and cleaning kit. I also learned a tip; when I'm not using my bracelet to ensure I wipe it down and place it in a plastic bag or my original box. :). Thanks

I just really enjoy going in this store the few times a year I visit this airport. Always find different items. Get to ask questions about the jewelry and get satisfactory answers.

It was all about the stores manager Virginia C. She was INCREDIBLE. Welcoming, kind, interested in our needs, willing to offer ideas...good ideas, efficient and highly proficient. This is HANDS DOWN the BEST PANDORA STORE experience I have ever had as any others at other locations have been 100% HORRIBLE. I would come back again and again IN PERSON just to do business directly with Virginia but I live in Vermont. If I can, I will call her at this store and do ALL my future Pandora business going forward over the phone vs calling ANYONE else.
