The 2 sales associates at the store in the BWI Airport on Sunday 2/7/21 evening were amazing. Energetic, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. They didn't have the headphones charm we wanted, but gave us other options to look at. They both were dressed stylishly, and made my friend and I comfortable.

Actually, every time I travel through BWI Airport, I stop to this location. I have found the sale reps to be very friendly and customer service saavy. The store is ALWAYS clean and fresh smelling. Keep up the GREAT work!
