Charnel was friendly and helpful. She let me look around after she said hello while making small talk. Then she made suggestions without being pushy.

Personnel were very friendly and quick to help. A very nice experience and the only reason I am not likely to return any time soon is because the location is in an airport that I won't be traveling through regularly

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this store. I am a frequent flyer at BWI airport and I always make a purchase at this Pandora store. The sales associates are always helpful and provide great buying suggestions making me aware of any discounts. Today was the best by far. Ms. Creela serviced me as if I were the only one in the store. Her multitasking abilities coupled with her knowledge of the merchandise, enabled her to provide service to multiple customers at one time. As a manager in retail sales, I value premium customer service!

The store was very clean and the retailer was very friendly and took her time to help me find the right size bracelet. She didn’t try to push other merchandise on me, but let me know that they did have some charms on sale if I was interested. When I responded no, she didn’t push the issue.

When I first walked in, the associate greeted me. This is a big deal for me as I will not purchase items if I do not get greeted. I told her I was looking for rings and my size, and she pulled a tray out and showed me new rings. I loved the different sets, and I bought 1 piece for a set, I plan on returning today to buy the 2nd piece! Especially if the same associate is working.
