The assistant manager Virginia and her staff was very nice & friendly. After I made my initial purchase & left the store, the manager found the bracelet that I wanted to purchase. She came & found me at the gate where I was sitting to board the plane. I ran back to the store with her & made my purchase and I still made my flight. This open end bracelet with the rhinestone caps, made my day. I really appreciate the manager going above and beyond to find me at the airport so that I could purchase this item. Kudos to this manager & again thanks for the Superb Customer Service.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by India and she helped me and answered all my questions to the best of her ability. She was very friendly and knowledgeable in regards to the products.
