Rosemarie has always been a trusty designer for when I wish to add new charms, or even start a new bracelet. We both discuss our interests and I love hearing her thoughts and ideas on what is new and what is good to add on. She helped my niece and I design my niece's bracelet as her birthday gift from me, as well as having myself a new bracelet to admire for years to come. The rest of the staff were very helpful with finding charm trays to display different styles of charms that came out for the new season, as well as being very friendly! On top of being the closest store to me, it is also the best store I have ever been to. I'm glad I can have a great experience right by me every time. Thanks a bunch, guys!

the sales clerk was helpful and friendly. She made suggestion, two of which i purchased. she also showed me how to space out the charms :)
