My Pandora bracelet that I love that I received for Christmas last year snapped in half, and the wonderful associate who helped me it did a no problem return. Jermora was fantastic. She looked up the transaction no problem, and gave me a new bracelet. She also was able to answer a question I had, And because of that I will be purchasing two bracelet clips the next time I'm in the store. Thanks so much Jermora!!

When I had gone with my coworker to help him purchase a gift for his girlfriend I took advantage & decided to get my girlfriend the princess ring. I’m very satisfied because I wanted the associates to be very discreet given that I wanted to surprise my girlfriend who was in the store with me. Joy made sure that I was taken care of in a very lowkey fashion. She’s now my go to whenever I’m in pandora
