After reading all the bad reviews I still stopped in due to the location near me. I have to say I didn't have the same experience. This location is under new management named Chevon and she is doing a great job. Along with her associate Asia. Both were able to go beyond the call of duty. Customer service was exceptional and I left very satisfied. Even applied for a Pandora credit card.
