The sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable about all pieces and very patient. This store gets a lot of traffic and there aren’t enough sales associates. I say that because I waited awhile for a sales associate, she was amazing but there were customers not very patient as the waiting time grew. Maybe hiring more sales associates for the holiday season would be ideal. I love my two pandora bracelets. Love that every year there’s a limited edition item. Look forward to next year.

The sales associate that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time was very short. It was easily guided by the sales associate on what item to purchase as a gift for my daughter.
