The store is very inviting. The cases were merchandised impeccably, the lighting was great. The sales associate was so nice and very knowledgeable. She gave me great service and personal attention, and informed me about going to the website to register. I am extremely pleased.

Previous to visiting the store, I called ahead of time to reserve an item to guarantee that i would get the bracelet i wanted. Hours later, i got a chance to visit the store and do an even exchange with the item i put on hold. They were super nice and loyal to hold the item for me even though i went hours later. Overall great experience and purchase!

Initially when i came to the store it was to exchange a charm separator that i had been having an issue with. The charm separator had fallen off approximately 3 times for no reason. However although this sounds like a situation that would lead to a bad review it has become absoultely the oppposite. When i had came into the store i was met with a friendly and welcoming smile by an associate named Dezhanese (#159558) who walked over to assist me. I told her the issue i was having with my separator and she offered me an exchange, at this time she realized that she did not have the exact charm i was looking for and offered me the option to view the same style charm in different colors. She then offered to call and inquire with a different Pandora for the piece i had wanted, which she was ultimately able to locate. She also assisted me with picking out a cat charm for my bracelete. Over all it was a great experience and her customer service skills were wonderful.

I went in the store because my daughter has recently lost her 1st Pandora bracelet in a dirt bike accident, she forgot to take it off. We went out and bought and replaced the bracelet. She was upset with no charms. I went in the store, and discreetly got her her favorite charm. The staff was so helpful. The staff was 100% awesome. Thank you!

I fell in love with pandora four years ago and it all started with this store. They recently renovated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I find that they always have the selections that I look for.
