Sales associate, Malik was knowledgeable very accommodating, listened to my concerns and was able to resolve my issue. He was able to find a substitute charm for my defective charm. I will stop at this store again and recommend to friends and family.

The manager at the store was the associate to help me. I was looking for 2 specific rings. One was retired unfortunately & she showed me all the options that were close to what I wanted. I found an even better present for my friend. She was very helpful & very nice!

I am very satisfied the last time I visited here in Pandora, all the associates are friendly and they will help you a lot. Pandora has a good quality material, thats why I started collecting them. 😉

Was a lil disappointed I didn’t find the one charm I came for but ended up leaving with a nice one. Wish charms was cheaper but hey great quality.
