The visit for the first was very pleasing.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora visit because as soon as I stepped foot in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The sales associate who I believe was the store manager was very nice and was eager to help me.

I was going in with a generally good idea of a bracelet I wanted to get for my girlfriend. After asking for help, the associate walked me through all of the selections of their bracelets as well as suggesting options for the occasion I was getting it for. After narrowing it down to two choices, she also showed me all the charms I could get for the bracelet down the line, more than what I thought about just getting the bracelet. I only purchased the bracelet but have an idea on what I wanna add onto it later, but I had never actually been in the store prior to today and being a bit lost and confused once inside, she really made it easy and simple to find what I wanted and was very kind and fun about it. All and all I enjoyed the experience and it could not have gone better honestly.

Primeramente estuve en ese Mall de visita y no estaba en mis planes comprar, tengo varias pulsera Pandora, anillos, dijes con sus cadenas, pero entre a ver. Y la amabilidad y simpatía de Rosemarie G. (120923) fue tan dulce, estupenda que la verdad que me encanto y compre un Clip que necesitaba. Me mostró opciones y me las exhibía que la verdad me motivo mas. Y la verdad que desde hace casi un año estoy adicta a Pandora, y ya los regalos que hago son Pandora. Meeeee encantan!.

My daughter's bracelet broke and I went to store to see if they could fix it or anything and they exchanged it to the new one with no hassle and once we saw such lovely service my friend purchased a bracelet with a charm!

For starters, the sales associates were all so friendly and helpful. They were always willing to change the items I became interested in. Overall, the store is full of joy which made such an amazing experience.

Kelly truly made this experience fun by giving all sorts of options with the open bangle. She was extremely kind with a sense of humor but in a professional and respectful manner. I will be returning to her for another purchase.
