sales associate knew what she was talking about, great customer service!

The retailer knew exactly what she was doing.

I only selected "not very likely" for the question about returning to the store in the next 90 days because I was out of town when I went there and was buying a present for my wife before returning home to Ohio. Since I live no where around there it's not very likely I will return in the next 90... although I do travel there for work on occasion (which is why I was there in the first place).

The salesperson was professional, cared about my needs. The store was crowed and I didn't wait long. My girlfriend was very happy with her gift. I will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Wait time was a bit long as we were only second in line to be served on the sign in sheet but once we were taken I could understand the reason for the wait. Malik -- our sales associate -- was patient and well informed. He made numerous suggestions based on our needs and did not rush our decision. Each time we changed our thought process Malik brought out more samples for us to view. We didn't spend a lot of money but he still offered to gift wrap the items we picked out.

They take too long to assist customers. And there’s not an order, numbers or something for you to know how long would it take or who’s next.

The workers could have smiled a bit more but overall the service was great and I was in and out.
