When me and my sister walk up Cameron direct to a sale associate and he told her what were there for and he to make you let her about the promotion today about buy 2 charms and get 1 free but that did not happen I was charge for all 3 charms

Entered into store with such ease. Sales associates available, but idly talking. Was approached for assistance, when told just looking, associate walked away and never followed up, until I summoned. I felt rushed, while being assisted by associate. Another associate overheard me talking about the service and offered to assist me. She was very accommodating

The did not have much to choose from as far as charms. This i realized i wasn’t giving a receipt for my purchase and i haven’t received one in my email.

Lack of options in designs, most of the merchandise is geared towards adults and not much for teenagers/ young girls. Also, not many choices in rose gold, so it's very hard to combine pieces for a look.
