I left the store and realized that there was a 25% off on gift sets. I wish the sales associate would’ve mentioned because I found out about it after I left the store. I thought there was a 25% off on everything and then inside the store forgot to even ask about it.

I went for the free bangel and they ran out the sale was to the 15th and they ran out on the 14th and they could not help me but that does not mean I will not go back if you are going to have a sale tell the 15th and you ran put on the 14th you should have more in the store so the customer can be satisfied besides that I love pandora products and my wife and girls do 2

Team was great. But you need more merchandise for the older crowd which is becoming the biggest part of this population. I wanted a grandmother charm and all you had was an old lady looking piece or an asian child.We finally bought something we could engrave with the baby’s name which was an OK substitution but not the greatest selection for this category. I also wanted a necklace which would allow birthstones to be added for each new baby. That was a gift for the mother of the child. You didn’t seem to have that either

I purchased a pair of earrings for my mom. One of the earrings wouldn't close correctly. The earrings could not be replaced or refunded. I purchased 2 more sets of earrings for my mom again and my daughter. Hopefully these will be good. Otherwise this would be my last time purchasing anything at Pandora. Xavier was excellent!

Because that take time before they help There were too many customers

Every time I walk into the store it feels like in in a sauna. There were also some products that were in stock but not in display which I thought was odd. How would I know they’re there unless I specifically asked for it?

A young lady named Ja'Mya was not helpful at all. She was rude and not pleasant at all. Overall Kameron & Xavier we're awesome and really made me feel comfortable and Kameron finish helping me with my purchase. Thanks Kameron and Xavier hope you can continue to keep being pleasant and helpful & professional to your customers. As for Ja'Mya she needs to be more pleasant and helpful and polite to customers!!

You should have more variety of models in earrings for girls. there were only 2 models.
