You didn’t have enough charms available for me to purchase. Needed 3 of the same and you only had 1.

It basically had to do with the pandemic. I don't like waiting in lines especially when it's just to get into the store. However once I was greeted by Joshua he was very helpful and I think he was impressed that I did my homework and knew what I wanted. But with very few words in my description he knew the peace I was talking about right away I didn't say I was highly dissatisfied I just don't like to wait

Because when the wait outside the store became lengthy the manager noticed and opened the outside booth which tells me that the company values my hard earned money enough to consider me as a customer

They didn't have the charm bracelet I wanted so they ordered it online for me. They put the wrong zip code so nowy package keeps getting sent different states and I haven't received it yet. I wish I would've went to another store and just got my bracelet. Very upset.

The gentleman who helped me wasn’t as joyful or nice as my previous visits, it was quick transaction since I knew what I was going for. He was knowledgeable and had good feedback though
