My father wait s outside. As me and my mother were inside. We took more than the minute we promised and he decided he would like to join us. A Caucasian sales associate yelled at my father telling him we were at capacity while letting 3 young Caucasian women inside right after while my father remained outside.

I was satisfied I just felt like the lady at the door was trying to hard to make a sell I told her I was ok waiting until my turn but she was a little pushy

I was highly satisfied with associate who assisted me. He keeps me coming back! He’s very knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed.

I misread the options I was very satisfied!

store was not clean , very dusty display on front window

Tried to exchange a ring that was purchased about 6 months ago.. there is no store that has the ring any longer. Disappointed

Pandora does not have any charms to show support or represent the LBGT community or Pride. The tiny earrings That were presented to me were barely recognizable.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because this particular store was small. Only five staff members were there. I understand the forty-five minute online wait, due to Covid pandemic. But if more staff was behind the counter, Pandora would have made more money.

Sales clerk was outstanding, only dissatisfied with the wait to receive service. All else was excellent

Associates were very communicative & friendly. Very safe. Let us browse through the catalog before we got the chance to enter the store so we can have an idea on what to purchase
