I believe the staff was trying to rush everyone out of the store. I was buying my first bracelet and I feel like the lady had no patience with me.

I don't know if there was any particular reason why. I guess I'm like an annoying professor who regardless of what you do, won't give you that A+. I just wasn't really wowed is all. But the associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

1. the store needs more associates. the wait was over an hour long. 2. the people there need more knowledge on how to use their system. 3. the associates need more knowledge on the store's current specials & inventory.

I found what I wanted in the matter of a second. I got to try on different ones to know exactly which one I wanted. Even thought the sales associate was giving me a problem I was very happy with what I got!

There was a line in the mall to get into the store. Wait time approximately 30 minutes. Other than that, my experience was excellent.

When I walked into the store there was a woman with a tablet taking down peoples names to help assist them. I tried to get her attention multiple times to have her take my name down, but she wasn't paying attention and therefore several people got put ahead of me. I then had to ask the women behind the register to help me which then she replied and pointed to the woman taking names. I explained the situation and she helped me immediately. I had two charms I actually called ahead for. Maltilde D was VERY helpful and she could see that I was clearly annoyed. I appreciate her assisting me immediately. Might want to make sure the woman with the tablet is paying attention. The store wasn't even that busy. I expect better service in a store like this, very upsetting.
