There was a lack of availability of the size I needed it. I had to purchase a bigger size in order to obtain the promotional price and return the merchandise at another store. This was a waste of gas and also time, sadly.

The lighting in the store, just to look at a charm had to hold it in different positions. First sales person didn't seem to know where the charms were located, second person was helpfull.

They were very nice specially the manager

The store is congested and chaotic. There was no one immediately avail at the front door to tell me I needed to sign in. After waiting 30 minutes the rep called me and I waited another 40 min for her to finish with her customer only to be told to go to another sales person.

we were satisfied with the service and the everything about the store. The reason will not be returning to this store is we are from out of country.

I was tired driving around

There was no sign in sheet for assistance. I had to remind associates I was the next customer waiting for help 2 times.

The ring I was looking for was not available, so I have to order it online. I could not get help right away. I felt there was a much smaller selection than what was on the website.
