Pandora Jewelry

I went to the store with the intention of cleaning both of my expensive pandora bracelets- but I felt that the store employees only paid attention with me when I mentioned I was interested in purchasing another charm. It was pretty obvious they didnt care about my issue, despite my already having spent a large amount of $ on Pandora products, unless I spent more money in their store. There could be more attention paid to people who have products ALREADY and who are making the effort to maintain their purchases.

The line was extremely long and I had to wait 2 hours.

Well, the store didnt have charms that I wanted.

I was the only customer in the store but did not get a warm welcome from the four employees working. One did approach me but was not all out customer friendly until I mentioned looking for items to purchase.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because I’m an old client of Pandora, nevertheless to say the store doesn’t have cute things but is not a big difference.

I was looking for a gift for a quinceneara. It is difficult to find jewelry for a teenager that is well made and of quality. I searched multiple jewelry stores and no luck. I veryrhinh was too mature or wasn’t what I wa looking for. The sales associate was incredible. She searched and helped me find something I think she would love.

There were 3 or 4 associates milling around whilst I stood waiting for attention. I eventually had to get one of their attention. Thats poor customer service.

Ine because they ran out of the Pandora Gift Bags and I was purchasing gifts for two friends and I wanted to make sure the product was original not a knock off . Also I was in the prior week looking at product and none of the sale associates told me about the special if you purchase $100.00 you get a bracelet for free if so I would have made my purchase then so I could have gotten the bracelet for my self . Customer service should had shared promotion upon me walking in the store

The sales associate wasn’t that friendly she didn’t talk too much with us even when my daughter ask her about which is her bracelet size she just look at her and try one of the bracelet.
