I went on a Saturday. The store was extremely busy and filled people. When it was our tun, the sales representative was caring and knowledgable. He took his time and offered various charms in place of any of the ones I wanted, which were not available. He took his time in assisting us in an efficient manner, though the store was very busy. I never felt rushed and walked out a very happy customer.

The only reason I was Not highly satisfied, was that the items I was interested in were out of stock; otherwise everything was just really really excellent

Didnt immediately greet or have a sign in procedure. Took several minutes to be acknowledged that i would be helped.

I love to buy in Pandora at Garden State. They offer a kind service. I would like to find size 5 rings because this size is sometimes unavailable in your stores.

I went with my Grandma to pick out a gift for my girlfriend and the lady that helped us (Natalie) was really nice and helpful in the beginning. She helped my grandma exchange an item for a different size and helped me look at rings. However, after 5 minutes of helping me she became really pushy. My grandma suggested that I look at a different one (besides the two I really liked) and Natalie said “No. Dont look at those. You’ve narrowed it down to two already, we dont want to make this any harder.” I understood where she was comig from but it was rude and then she just kept pressing me to make a decision and ultimately made it for me and wrapped it up. The only reason I bought it (and didnt leave and go to another store) was because of how much I actually liked it, the fact that I can exchange it at my local store if I need to, and my past experience with Pandora.

The clip of the bracelet was not easy to open somehow. The associate tried so hard and it took him a while to open the clip.

The sales associate that helped me seemed to be in a rush. She was more attentive to the people coming in to the store. She made a remark to another co-worker that she was tired and stated “oh my god, more people”
